PROFILE

Born in Jakarta, he has served at ANRI since 2006. He is an alumnus of the Bachelor’s Program in Engineering at Muhammadiyah University of Jakarta (2002) and the Master’s Program in Information Systems Management at Gundarma University (2011). During his career at ANRI, he has served as Head of Data and Information Management (2019), and in August 2025, he served as Director of Regional Archives I, responsible for formulating and implementing policies in the areas of transformation and strengthening the capacity of the Archives organization, management systems and work mechanisms, and archival facilities and infrastructure at regional archival institutions in Region I. Among the awards he has received are the Satyalancana Karya Satya X Medal of Honor in 2017.

TASK AND FUNCTION

DUTIES

To carry out the formulation and implementation of policies in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua, West Papua, Southwest Papua, Papua Pegunungan, South Papua, Central Papua, and municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions.

FUNCTIONS

Preparation of policy formulation in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua, West Papua, Southwest Papua, Papua Pegunungan, South Papua, Central Papua, and municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions;
Implementation of policies in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua, West Papua, Southwest Papua, Papua Pegunungan, South Papua, Central Papua, and municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions;
Preparation of guidance in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua, West Papua, Southwest Papua, Papua Pegunungan, South Papua, Central Papua, and municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions;
Preparation of development norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua, West Papua, Southwest Papua, Papua Pegunungan, South Papua, Central Papua, and municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions;
Implementation of technical guidance and supervision in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua, West Papua, Southwest Papua, Papua Pegunungan, South Papua, Central Papua, and municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions;
Preparation of approval or review of records retention schedules at provincial archives in West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua, West Papua, Southwest Papua, Papua Pegunungan, South Papua, Central Papua, municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions;
Implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua, West Papua, Southwest Papua, Papua Pegunungan, South Papua, Central Papua, and municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions; and
Implementation of administrative affairs in the directorate.
